30-day returns

Not quite right? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Extended holiday returns

Gifts bought for the holidays can be returned until January 31.

How to start a return

Email shopmerrybox@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
